Lightweight and clean cut finish.
I wanted something like my very old Bosch cordless hedge trimmer. Well, I got my wish. Today I started to trim a large hedge and the finish was very neat indeed. I do not think it will be long before this feels just like the old one and becomes part of the team of tools that I have for hedge trimming. I have heard people say they have issues with the trigger but I find them okay, just takes time to get used to the operation. Great for slow cutting too if you combine the trigger action. Lightweight, quality hedge trimmer
I bought this Bosch hedge trimmer to replace an old Black and Decker. I looked into the reviews and chose this particular one due to weight, cost, features (I didn't want one to cut really thick branches) and name if I'm honest. This one fits the bill. Happy so far.
Bought this because SWMBO finds our 70cm Bosch cutter too heavy and she reckons it's great.
Pro's - nice & light.
Only used it on privet and next door's Leylandii and it cuts well (but it's brand new so it should!).
The blade guard is a snug fit and doesn't fall off when carrying the machine around.
Not expensive.
3 year guarantee.
Con's - the switch springs are a bit on the strong side, it's bearable but annoying.
The cable is much too short so need an extension lead.
Registering for the 3 year guarantee is a right pain in the neck - I don't think they could've made it harder if they'd tried.
It's noisy, not a criticism because hedgecutters are but no better or worse than others.
Overall a good buy but can't comment on long term performance because we've only had it a few weeks.

Easy for a lady to use, and does the job.
I chose this size hedge cutter because i did not see the point in ordering one that was too heavy or large for me to use, i am thrilled that my first experience using one has been so sucessful!, my privet and fir hedge looked great...if i do say so myself..and my neighbours and husbund have commented at how good it looks.
Very easy to use....no instructions included as to how to start! but... i worked it out.. yeah ! maybe i was being abit "blonde".. but having never owned one before, or EVER used one, i was delighted that i started it, and used it to tremendous effect.
I am very, very happy with my purchase.
