Drum machine with realistic drum patterns that sound great! and lots of them.

I've always wanted a drum machine so I can play the patterns to my Boss BR-1600CD. My Boss unit only has 100 drum presets, and the DR-880 has 500 presets and stores 500 user patterns. The manual is 1/2" thick and it will take awhile to read and learn everything this unit can do. I got it at a great price and plan to keep it. A GREAT MACHINE, EXCEPT!

The machine is great, with two exception. There's no compartment for batteries so the machine can stand alone without a plug in power source, and there are no preset piano sounds installed like the drums and bass guitar.
