I love Brother sewing machines, they're built to last and they do. My last Brother sewing machine lasted 25 plus years and I hope this one will do the same. I bought a brand new Singer machine and I would prefer to use the Brother sewing machine hands down. The sew smoother and they're more user friendly. The machine will not pick up the bobbin thread, therefore it will not sew. It's supposed to be new.

I am very displeased as I have a machine that will not work. I called Brother and was told to take it to a local sewing machine store for repair. I purchased the 1 year warranty and I'm praying it covers whatever is broken on this machine because I cannot. I cannot for loss of the money I paid for this thing.
