Budda indoor fountain

Received today and its lovely , unfortunetly I can't get the water to go round! The connections only fit on one way, when switched on it buzzes but no water, any ideas please

Looks good but noisy pump

Lovely looking item BUT the light flashes which I found annoying so I took that out but more disappointingly the pump is louder than the water so you can't hear it trickling which is a shame.
