Ain'T Nobody Getting In - But My Doorknob is Now Broken

This badboy is tough. Real high quality. But it puts so much upward force on the doorknob that my doorknob no longer works. It wont spin and the latchbolt is stuck inside the door. The instructions recommended tightening the screws on you knob beofre installing the Buddybar, which I did. Maybe I put too much force behind the bar but it was the only way I felt secure. SO now I keep it by the front door for an immediate install only if someone comes banging on the door. I still like it and will keep it for sure.
