Great, works as it should, did appear to be a resale item. Control unit was loose in the box versus in plastic, two screws included were out of package. But it worked.

Decent control for the garage door.

Garage door openers and their replacement parts take a toll on the checkbook. This was one in that project. Works well and had a couple design extras I liked too. And it did not break tbe bank either.
