Tough One-Man Army Cop who just gotten tougher.
This is a movie about a tough Chicago cop who plays by his own rules - a role best suited for action Martial Arts star Chuck Norris. This is also about a Police cover-up when a veteran cop accidentally shoots an teenage boy & places his back-up revolver in the boy's hand but his big mistake: his partner witness the whole event. So if u think that Chuck's character is going along with this "Code Of Silence" , think again... He decides to blow the lid of this conspiracy, even if it means betraying his fellow officers.
