Good sport drink
The chemistry of cytomax is one of the better drinks out there. Couple things to note: (1) it can bother some people's stomach. I don't mix it full strength and it doesn't bother me any more (2) Best to dissolve it in room temperature or warmer water and let it sit for a couple minutes before adding ice. It does not dissolve well in ice water (3) the powder tends to clump with any moisture. Seal the top well and consider adding some food-safe silica gel packs to the inside of the container. But it works well for bike rides, HIIT, soccer, etc.Read full review
