Best game mechanics ever..

I played this for a while, then went back to play an older Souls game and was shocked at how clunky the old games felt.. It's also amazing how everything was seamlessly improved to where it kept all the good from its predecessors and added an extra level of fluidity seamlessly. I'm not a multiplayer on-line kind of player, but it is quite addicting playing against other players in this game. Heart-pounding-out-of-your-chest level of excitement. The gameplay is a little repetitive as you build the character, with a series of 1 swipe kill that jumps to nearly impossible bosses. Maybe I'm missing some aspect of the game.
