Excellent gun

I own a Snap On 18V and this DeWalt is much more powerful, the only gun that is even close to this is the M18 Fuel 2767! I highly recommend, as I bought this for home use, as all my home tools are DeWalt and I was shocked to see that it is more powerful then my 6 mos old SnapOn!Read full review

Dewalt DCF899B 1/2’’ Impact Wrench

Overall it does what it was designed to do. However, this impact wrench is quiet heavy. The downside is that the forward/reverse switch is in a bad location where you can accidentally push the switch while using the tool. The detent pin keeps the sockets secure . But some extra effort must be used to remove sockets from the tool that is if you are not using any kind of tool to push in the detent pin. I would not recommend this tool if you are not into heavy job rather go with the lighter Dewalt CDF894B which is lighter, compact and can easily remove lug nuts from regular car to suv. I tried this on my suv and it removed the lug nuts with ease.Read full review

Never take a road trip without it.

Couldn't remove my flat tire while dangerously stranded on the interstate. Some clown had over torqued them with an impact wrench. Ruined my lug wrench, my 13/16 socket, and destroyed the lug nuts. Bought this tool so that this never happens again. It zipped every lug nut off in mere seconds despite the rounded edges on the lug nuts.
