DigiTech RP100A Multi-Effects Guitar Effect Pedal

The title was exactly correct, but after cleaning out the battery compartment everything works as it should.

This pedal is old tech for guitar effects, the sounds that are pre programed are dated. I will spend some time with it to see if I can get it to make sounds that I find pleasing.
