Nice sound decoder for the money

Nice sound decoder for the money. I installed it in a Genesis F3A. I had to use 12 volt LEDs for the headlight and mars light because the lighting outputs on this decoder are 12 volt. Mounted the speaker to the roof of the locomotive with double sided tape. It sounds really good. Would have to spend twice the money to do better. I will buy againRead full review

Never regretted wiring my RR for DC operation

Bought two of these to install in Athearn EMD 38 series units just as they show in the picture and describe offhandedly in their instructions.
One quit after 5 minutes of operation and the other installation has operated fidgety.
Still have to contact Digitrax and not looking forward to the continued hassle of DCC.Read full review
