A better quality is composed of 'glysinate' and is chelated...means easily absorbed....In the research I did, I found that this product is helpful for many ailments...is calming for better sleep, helps with headaches, unsteadiness, heart rate and much more. It is best taken with calcium (and optional--small dose of potassium). I take two a day (25% each dose). The 240 tablets is a good value, as my husband takes it also after experiencing unsteadiness...it has worked for him too. It pays to buy a better quality.Read full review

TOO Large Too many
These capsules are as big as horse pills. I need to take 4 of them daily to get my 400mg of magnesium. I would prefer one capsuleand not 4 capsules.
