Works for me, but it may not for everyone. It's seems to be a cross between controlled deep breathing and what I think is a slowly hypnotic pulsing blue light. The light projects onto the ceiling. Shape of the light is not important, mine shines on an angled ceiling. Focus is the key. I seldom make it to the end of an 8 min session before I'm falling asleep.Read full review
