Poor Wax Removal

The swabs are rubber and therefore too slippery to provide any type of grip to remove wax. As the swabs are rubber and can be cleaned easily, I can't see the point of including spare swabs. I will be throwing this in the rubbish and will go back to cotton buds.Read full review

Wouldn't buy again

I didn't get any wax out. My ears still felt greasy. If you had a lot of wax build up I don't think it would work.
