In retirement I labored as a handy man in a mobile home park. The recession hit the widows in the park. One discovery was a reliable, tankless, inexpensive hot water heater Ecosmart 11. Over a half dozen years I installed about 10 of them replacing failed tank type water heaters. They are money savers from installation to every day use. Never had to repair one, never got a defective one, never had a complaint. They save a lot of space in cramped quarters too! All my installations were in summer cottages or Florida homes. Excellent quality and nice aesthetic looking unit and it is very small, runs silent and water stays the right temp without getting hot band cold! You can also adjust the digital temperature up to 140 degrees. Best water heater we ever had!!!!
