Genuine v Non Genuine

It is a genuine Epson cartridge.
Have used non genuine in the past and had to replace my printer due to the low quality ink causing blockages in the print system.
Since then I only use genuine.
My replacement printer developed a mechanical problem and the Epson repair centre replaced it because I had only used genuine cartridges in the machine.
