I found that the bench press side of it is to high, when you lay down flat to do a press the bar resting on its lowest setting is still too high to grab , ( I am 189cm tall ), and the leg extention side of the bench must be made for quite short people because the shin pads are half way up my leg and cannot be changed. This item was dumped outside the fence of my property to start with. The illustration shows quite clearly the barbell and various weight plates but these are not included. Missed the fine print.
