machine burnt out
The product arrived and seemed fine. Sanded 6 boards of 9 inches wide by 4 foot with 60 grit belts. It then started to smell and subsequently burnt out. It died.

This is a well made item. Its comfortable to use and easy to handle. The only reservation is that you have to be carefulcareful and enure the sander is perfectly flat to the working su r face. The sanding bed is not in line with the front and rear rollers so the whole machine can rock. This manifests in dips in the working surface if care is not taken.
