Over power, beware?

This is a very good unit, well made but is well over power for UK air rifles, so if you have not got a FAC licence you will be in the crapper. I put this in my mk6 bsa meteor with the plastic trigger and it went from 10.35 ft/lb to 13.78ft/lb with no way to slow it down. On the end off the piston is a very small screw thread for a washer to screw on but this has not got enough thread on it and does fall off. The end off the piston case is a tad too tight and you will need to use wet/dry to clean off surplus paint before installing into trigger unit, i would rate this really highly if it was more user friendly by having a bleed on the base too release some pressure like other units have. Then UK buyers could get close to the 12ft/lb but not be over..... most important stay under 12ft/lb.Read full review

Over powered in .22

Had to take it straight out as it made my .22 cf30 gamo three times as powerfull as standard with no way of reducing the power. Much smoother action and less recoil. Shame I would have to get an fac to use it.Read full review

Had to dremel the trigger housing out a little to 25mm for the ram to fit.. No big deal, maybe my older Big Cat was made a bit smaller. Bottom line: a huge increase in shootability and accuracy over the original spring. Quieter and no vibration pulling me off target. Well worth it to me.Read full review
