Best budget sonar on the market.

This is by far the best budget fishfinder sonar I've used to date. Easy to use,easy to install, and well worth the price. The power cable could be a little longer, ten feet would have been better than the 6 foot cord it came with. I had to add and extension to mine. Also be aware that the power cable ends with bare wires. You have to add your own connector for the battery source of your choice. The transducer cable was plenty long, I just wish the power cable had been longer. If you are going to mount this sonar close to a battery or a power junction box, the short power cable would be OK for you. The unit does not have all the fancy maps of higher priced units, but if you don't need detailed maps of large lakes, this is the unit for you.Read full review

Very easy to install / use

Took 1 star away because of the lack of maps. Otherwise it's been great for my use which is on the river up to 30ft.
It took a whole 15 minutes to install and its very user friendly/ self explanatory.

Screen fogs up sometimes but works good used it ice fishing this winter

Small display with great clarity. But many options for setup. Perfect for smaller boat.

compact for all the bell and whistles.

This is a fantastic product for the money. I have only one small complaint about it and that is that the cables need to be pressed into the back of the unit very firmly to operate, the flip side of it is that the cables stay in place and I have not had any problems with the unit. Great Bargain!

Easy to set up and use. I added battery clips and a mount and made mine portable. The screen is small but the image is very clear. GPS works great. Ideal for a small boat!
