If you have internet connection with wi fi, you will have success. I have internet access only by the 4g network. It seems that I cannot stream and cast the videos to chromecast at the same time. I may need to download videos on Netflix to my tablet and then cast them via wi fi to the chromecast to view on my big screen tv.

Set up is a cinch!
at first I complicated things trying to set it up with my phone and PC at the same time. I did everything through Chrome and installed the ChromeCast extension and voilà everything is up and running and good to go! Also if you buy a chromecast you don't need a audio only chromecast because you can just plug it into your audio receiver and transmit audio only. Can't Disable Backdrop/Screen Saver
Shipping went great, install went great. All is good, until I realized that I couldn't disable the screen saver/Backdrop. It constantly downloads beautiful HD pics. So I tried to make a photo screen saver, to run instead. Waste of time! NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF! It used 3gb of my 10gb data plan in 2 hrs. Another difficulty is that is it has to have WiFi. It will not work with Verizon 4g service. And now I have to pay for the shipping cost back, oh well Google is still using a email address that hasn't existed for 3 years, and I am done with trying to update that as well!!Read full review
