Keeps me regular

I've had "bathroom" issues all my life -- tried every OTC and home remedy to stay regular. Then my doctor prescribed daily use of Miralax which helps, but doesn't have nearly the results from using product. After using this product almost a year, I decided to stop just to see if it really works. In less than a month of non-use, my usual 3-4 movements a day went to one, maybe two . Can’t tell

I could not tell you if this product worked or not. I tried it several times in various liquids and could not get it to mix well. It was constantly settling at the bottom.
