Printer crashes.

Printer crashes each time I turn it on, i then have to set it up again. Prints perfect from my smart phone. Keeps printing wireless quick start guide. It may be me!

I was actually surprised to get one in an almost pristine box as it was advertised as having a “very damaged” box (hence the cheaper price).
