My printer arrived and when unboxed, it looked like a new one! I had a lot of difficulty in setting it up to work with my HP pc, but in the end, it finally all came together. Basically a good printer but I have to learn how to use the features.
Copies do not seem to be dark enough. I have to download the manual so I can learn the features as I'm having trouble scanning into the computer. I have it hooked up wireless and am able to sometimes print from my tablet but not always. Read full review

Well worth it, the printer looks like i just purchased it yesterday. new
So far so good, as for the condition of the printer it looks brand new, my only problem is that there is no software to install that came with the printer, I did find a basic printer software on the HP website, other than that I'm very happy with it, Note I have only had it for 2 week's no problem yet, I will keep you posted on the performance of the printer.
