I am very happy with this printer. The set up was easy to understand and for a person like myself who is not very "techy" it was surprisingly user friendly. I could set it up and get it operating wirelessly to the computer and from my phone, without having to ask my son for assistance. Buggy software, painful install

The printer took several attempts to install on every pc. One pc just will not install it. Their software is not compatible with windows 10.
