Best bluetooth speaker on the market!

This speaker if completely awesome! The sound quality is outstanding. Very solid bass but not overpowering. High are crisp and clear. I am going from the Onyx 1 to the 4. I didn't think the sound quality could get any better but I was wrong! I like the new features too like being able to connect more than one speaker, being able to unplug the power adapter and the speaker continues to play. The sound is better too on battery power. The original dropped down quite a bit when not plugged in. The 4 does this too but not nearly as much. If this thing was made by Bose it would cost over $500 on a black Friday deal! It blows any of the Bose Bluetooth speakers away and I know because I've had a few of them. It will rattle your windows! Very good speaker! Harman Kardon makes very good products that are priced much better than the overpriced Bose stuff. Read full review

Sounded Good for a Month.

My brother had one of these and it sounded great and then one day he blew the bass. I bought one and took extra good care of it and in a little over a month the same thing happened. I never turned it up over 50% and it has an automatic volume adjustment where it turns your iPhone down before the music starts so it doesn't damage the speaker. One day when I plugged in my phone it clipped out for a second and then adjusted. since then the bass rattles. Beware. Read full review

Best in Class / Kick-butt

Talk about the perfect size design and sound quality using the most awesome Bluetooth portable speakers I've ever listened to given the size and configuration crossovers crystal clear good solid bottom then I don't know Ace actually vibrate the floor. For the speaker studio 4 model that's the only drawback is they can't take a lot of power sound best when you're pushing baby five 10 months through but boosters don't seem to work very well I am boosters that is they decorate the quality and Fidelity of the sound. Any other drawback is if you're running more than one speaker which I like to do although the pamphlet and probably expect so you can run up to 100 of these things tied together it's very difficult to get the two speakers to link the Bluetooth and then the rolling stereo so I can imagine it must be really difficult to being more than two speakers drive together. But once you get past that they are totally awesome I recommend them to everyone and anyone who has good taste in music and an above average sensitivity to tone (able to hear differences between, lows, midrange & highs)!Read full review

You cannot beat direct delivery from the factory.

The new red indication light for low battery is an improvement from the original design. I continue to be mystified about when it is charging. If the AC from the wall is actually charging when the unit is in use I can only guess. The first design had a code of slow and fast multiple flashing lights from the power button. Maybe this does, I can't tell. I plug it into the wall, go to bed and when I get up the power button is not flashing, it is an uninterrupted illumination indicating the unit is still on, so don't go on vacation with the unit plugged into the wall and make sure you unplug it before you go to work. One of the best!

Impeccable sound quality from something so small. The bass really hits like bass should, the mesh screen is actually removable and I personally find the device to sound and not to mention look sooo much better without the screen as the high notes are much more pronounced and the sound carries much further. It’s truly one of the greatest I ever tried. Bose has absolutely no comparison in quality and performance! At a 599 retail it’s quite a bang for the buck. And for the unimaginable 199.99 and free ship. I would consider this deal to be mind blowing, much like the sound that comes from the device. Everything about this speaker is just amazing! I owned the original HK Onyx Studio for several years…used it at maximum volume an awful lot of the time. It eventually got tired but still worked. Better than ever

I used to own an Onyx 3, which i loved. The 6 is better as I'd expect.
Its just a well built amazing sounding bluetooth speaker.
You can get one for $50.
Plastic, So so sound, that will be long gone in a couple months, or you can go With a brand like HK, with a metal housing, room filling sound, water resistant, that will last for years...its up to you

Excellent quality, great flexibility

I bought 2 of these. One sounds spectacular, specifically compared to other bluetooth speakers. But with two, you can set up stereo mode on both ends of a room and get high quality, full filling sound all around you. It's hard to describe but it's pretty cool. I like that you can connect via wire for when I watch movies on my desktop.
