Most stable it could be at this size

When I first saw these I knew I had to get a couple to put in my case or the back of my amp. They’re the most stable stand at this size that I’ve found. They’re not quite as stable as the more traditional compact folding stands, but they fold up about 5 times smaller and so will fit in a gig bag. I bought the acoustic one first seeing if I could use it for both acoustic and electric, but unlike some bigger stands it’s no so stable if you put an electric on the acoustic stand, so I bought the electric version as well. This is the main reason I give it 4 not 5 stars. If they figured out an extra bracket on thing that could be folded up so worked well for both then I’d give it 5 stars.Read full review

The best guitar stand you will ever buy.

This is my second Hercules guitar stand. I bought the first one for over fifteen years ago, it's been used at pub gigs and practices for five years and never a problem. I've had other stands, and none are as well made or as well designed as the Hercules. I still use the first one its as good as new. Now I have two. Read full review

Simply The Best

I have had two of these ( 1 acoustic and 1 electric ) for many years and they are still as good as the day I bought them. Reason for buying another one? New guitar = new stand. Wouldn't buy anything else. So compact and one piece makes them great for gigging with no pieces to get lost.Read full review

Strong and versatile stand

Sold as a guitar stand, I use it as a euphonium stand! A little heavy being made of steel but that means it is strong and durable. Well padded so silver plating is well protected. Folds down to quite a compact size for transport to and from band practices.Read full review

All good

All good. Wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would be shiiiite. I wish that I didn't have to keep putting my effin' opinion on line. Last time. Don't ask again.

PS I've been working with children for over 30 years. They truly know how to and are exceptionally resilient with regards to swearing. Please stop alerting that I may have used profanity. Foul mouthed little fueckers are not bothered or indeed influenced

well-made and sturdy

For a stand that folds up this compactly for transport and storage, or even for a stand that can't perform this feat, the GS402B is satisfyingly, reassuringly sturdy and well-made. I feel I can trust my valuable instruments to it.Read full review

Strong, foldable quality built

This stand folds down for taking to a gig. It fits in a suitcase when touring & it is solidly built so it can take rough treatment.
