The product itself is working fine now that it is finally setup. It wasn't a problem with Honeywell, it was with my ATT U-Verse Gateway. The support person from Honeywell was great and provided me with all the parameters I needed to set it up, but ATT support wasn't very good and they wanted to charge me to hook up a third party product.
