Ordered one of the newer Hydroflask tops and wanted to order an older style to compare. The only thing I can see that was improved was the hoop for carrying the bottle. The newer style allows you to use more than one finger. The older style (this one), you can only use one finger. I choose the new style, but this one will be an able backup. Read full review

This lid is a game changer for the larger sized 40oz, 64oz HydroFlasks if you’re looking to drink more water versus using the bottle as a piece of exercise equipment every time you lift it.
