Insinkerator instant hot water

This was a replacement after 10 dependable years. Was glad to see they finally re designed the handle mechanism. The original plastic design was pure junk.

Basic unit at a good price.

This is a replacement for my Insinkerator HOT100. It's sturdier, and has a bigger tank. Unlike, the HOT100, the tank is separated from the faucet, so installation is somewhat more flexible, which is a good thing, because the tank would not have fit directly below the faucet.

The only issue I have with this unit is that the faucet doesn't swivel, but that's hardly a deal-breaker.Read full review

The only problem I see is the warranty of 1yr is probably already up so that was a bummer. I have had several over the years I lived in a hard water area and the heater would stop after a few years but this probably my 4 the one I bought. Easy drop-in replacement

Instant Hot Water is GREAT!

So far so good. I know these usually have a pretty short lifespan but it's nice to have now.

Easy to replace and repair

Only necessary to replace the tank unit as the connections were unchanged from previous model from 10 years ago. It took about 5 minutes and we were with hot water. I then took apart the old leaky unit to find that the tubing was the source of the leak and not the tank. Should be an easy repair and now we have a replacement for when the new one breaks down.
