RECORD PLAYER MADE SCRATCHING NOISE

MY HUSBAND TOOK THE DISC OFF AND HAD TO ADJUST IT WITH A WASHER, AS IT WAS SCRATCHY AS IT PLAYED, MAKING A HORRIBLE SOUND. I DO ATTRIBUTE THIS TO SHIPPING THOUGH, AS THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND I THINK IT DAMAGED THE DISC THAT THE RECORDS SIT ON AND CAUSED IT TO RUB AND MAKE THE SOUND. MY HUSBAND CAN FIX ANYTHING AND HE TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE. IT WAS CHRISTMAS AND THIS WAS MY GRANDSON'S PRESENT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO EXCHANGE IT.Read full review
