Great sound and build quality at a very good price.

I first heard how the JBL Extreme sounded like at a Target store a couple of years ago and I've wanted one ever since. Simply the best of the portable speakers

I've been through a number of "boom boxes" but none have ever fulfilled my wish to have something that resembles my home speakers. Never even close. Then JBL came into view, I ordered, and have subsequently tossed all my ne'er-do-well similars. Its ok...

Its an ok speaker to have, but there is no way to control l the party lights on it and that kind of makes the lights useless on. Otherwise its a good speaker. Wish it had the knock in the bass that i needed.
