I love this.
I make homemade noodles and this makes perfect sheets of pasta dough.
All you have to do is figure out how thick you want your noodles to be.
I have settled on #4 setting. (My Preference).
You can not submerge this in water so you have to wipe it down as best as possible to clean.Read full review
