Kodak Carousel Slide Projector
This Kodak Carousel slide projector replaces two others that I acquired brand new in the 1970s and 80s, and were totally worn out. Yes, I still have thousands of photo slides, and actually view and show them from time to time. This E-Bay purchase is perfect. The projector, obviously a previously used one, shows good care and perhaps not a great deal of use. It performs like brand new, and is very clean. In the parlance of the day, I'm a very happy camper!Read full review

Disappointed
Wording of ad made it look like it came with a carousel tray. It’s no good without the tray. I had to spend more money to get the tray. I bought it outside of eBay.

Perfect for viewing all our old family slides
I got this for my dad for Christmas. He was very excited when he opened it. He had been talking about all the old family slides we had but we no longer had a working projector . I found this on eBay and when I came in it worked really well . The product was cleaned up and worked just as I expected it to . I know that they have all kinds of devices to convert slides to images, but this kept the nice nostalgic feel that we've always experienced when viewing them as a family so many years ago. Thanks for the great product !Read full review

The Kodak 760H slide projector is a solid well made unit and simple to operate.
This model (Kodak 760H projector) is well made and is simple to operate. The 300 watt bulb generates less heat than previous models as well as many newer models with a 500 watt bulb, which requires the fan to work harder and louder.
The medal case makes this projector feel solid and may well last longer, as it is almost 50 years old. I recommend the 760H model over the 750H as it has a remote. However any of the 700H or 800H series projectors are a good investment over the newer 4400 and 5600 series, in my opinion.
Parts are readily available if needed as well. Read full review

Good for our use so far
We couldn’t get the carousel or the remote to work but since our main interest is looking at individual slides that’s not a huge issue. We’re going to try again after we have looked through our stash of my parents slides. Read full review

Stooped working the first time we used it.
It stopped working correctly during the first use - it no longer advances the carousel. I already have one that doesn't work, that is why I bought a replacement. I hope the warranty works.
