Does not live up to LG name

I have had a few LG Bluetooth headsets in the past (760 and 1100) so I was excited about this set. Not what I thought it would be. Bluetooth weak and cuts out when my phone is as close as my pocket; controls are cumbersome and often do not function correctly; neck size is tight (I wear an 18 1/2 collar).

Different, kind of cautious with it

The wire for the earbuds is extremely thin, and you have to give them quite a tug to get them back into the headset. As we all know, one of the reasons why we shop for new headphones, is because the wire tends to get damaged at a joint, or it gets ripped out of the plug or earbud itself. I'm not sure how long this will hold up, I just hope the warranty will cover it in case it does rip. The sound that comes from this headset is about a 3 out of 5. I am much more satisfied with my over-the-ear Sony xdr 850s. the reason I bought these was because I needed an active or set for work and for mowing the lawn. They have good sound silencing properties. It does play nice with Google, however there is no Google attention button. It does respond to OK Google. Battery life seems phenomenal, it's very weird that this headset does not go into a sleep mode or turn itself off. It stayed on all night long and when I check the battery it still said high.Read full review

Poor Quality

This headset is very poor quality. When I am on a call, everyone tells me I sound very muffled. I can hear clearly but the person I am talking to cannot. I ordered this to have after my surgery so I would not have to hold the phone and also be able to hear my music.
