The Lazer boar sighter is a very helpful and easy to use. At 50 yards I can see the Lazer clearly through the scope and with the naked eye even in direct sunlight. Only downside is the battery life 1.5 hours constant on, and it's a headache to track down the batteries lol I had to go to at least 6 or 7 different stores just to finally find the 393 batteries.Read full review

Wonderful concept, Poor delivery
I ordered the LaserLyte Universal Mini Red Laser Bore Sight 22-50 Caliber-
MBS-1 Boresighter to compliment my Viridian X5L rail-mount strobe/green laser for my Model 19 Gen4 Glock 9mm pistol.
The LaserLyte arrived with the components (battery, battery housing) separated from the device. The batteries were dead (one of the batteries was bloated like a fried capacitor!). After purchasing another battery for the LaserLyte I was able to salvage the device after replacing the batteries and straightening the spring contact within the aluminum housing. Despite the device being functional it remains very tempermental with regards to the on/off switch (rotation of the black battery housing within the device).
It would have likely been more expensive and time-consumptive to send the unit back.

AT NIGHT I install the bore sighter in my barrel, place in a gun vice aim at a white object about 25 yards away and set my scope. It is usually within an inch or two. very good product.
