Decent laptop for the money.

You do pay a bit more for the Lenovo name, but it's usually worth it for the predicted reliability. After having experienced the classic T-series under the original IBM moniker, my next Lenovo laptop was the disappointing Edge Series. Not wanting to spend the money to get another T-Series laptop, I compromised with the L-Series and so far, so good. It's a solid, no-frills laptop.
