My doctor recommed them. It has a lot of vitiamin B's which I like. What I don't like; I've had ringing in one ear for many, many years. I haven't yet finished the recommend trial period (almost there), but I still have the ringing. I don't forsee the problem going away. And perhaps if my problem wasn't so old those pills would have worked. So, that's why I'm recommending people give them a try. It might work for them!
