Lisle broken spark plug remover

This spark plug remover actually works. I've tried other that didn't even come close. The Lisle tool works great, it's simple to use and mostly trouble free. Just a reminder that no 2 spark plugs breaks off the same and some times you have to improvise and remove some material from the plug so that the tool will fit. I give this tool 2 thumbs up.Read full review

A must have for the Ford Triton 5.4 3 Valve engine.

This is the 4th generation of the Lisle tool, it has a better tap that will not dull after several uses. I had 7 of 8 plugs brake off in the cylinders. This tool pushed the ceramic down and the left handed tap was able to screw in and pull them all out easily. The tap threads still look like new. Saves hours of work.Read full review

Awesome performance!

Absolutely awesome. After our local engineering company gave up I ordered this tool. Within 10 minutes I had both broken plugs out. Great instructions provided, quick delivery to New Zealand too. Not sure Ford thought that plug design fully through though!!! Lucky lisle thought of this tool. Cheers, Ken. Read full review

Outstanding!!!

Very good tool and easy to use, it's a must have if you plan on changing plugs yourself, definitely a dollar saver compared to taking it to the garage to be done!!!

Tool works great

I’ve bought other kits to remove these plugs, but this is the last one I need to buy. This kit works great! Easy to use and quick. Just watched a video on how to use them and went right to the garage and had 3 broken plugs out in less than an hour including the time I spent vacuuming out the holes before using the tool kit.
If you’re looking for a kit to do the job... this is it hands down!

Easy to use, worked great.

The Lisle 65600 tool worked great in extracting the broken spark plugs in my 2004 F-150. Saved me a lot of time and money, the tool was easy to use and kept me from having to remove the heads.

Worked perfect. Shipped fast.

A friend told me that I would probably need one of these when I went to change the sparkplugs in my '06 Ford Truck.
Sure enough. Even though I was SUPER careful two of them broke when trying to get them out.
This made the removal so easy, and they had the best price around on this type of tool.

Got the job done but was very disappointed with the quality.

The tool worked great but even after removing just one broken plug, the threads on the puller stripped off in the middle leaving one good thread on at the start and end to do all the work. Did not appear to be heat treated properly. Just held my breath taking out the next six and had one plug that did not break.
The instructions state that the puller is not warranted and to buy another to replace the defective one cost $25.

Excellent product!!!

Wow! 6 of 8 spark plugs broke; the Lisle tool removed all 6 just as designed. Straight forward instructions make this a fairly easy fix.

Thanks Lisle!!!

Works well

I purchased this before replacing plugs in my 2007 Expedition and am glad I did. 2 plugs broke off - of course they were the rearmost on each side! The instructions are clear and the extractor works well. Please be aware that you can run the tool too far down and then you actually push the ceramic through the metal end of the plug and in my case the metal broke off in the cylinder on both plugs. To extract the broken off metal, I ran the truck without the two plugs installed - it sounded like a tractor only firing on 6 cylinders, but my plan was to blow the metal out through the spark plug holes. I've now got 10,000 miles on the engine since replacing plugs and coils and she's running like a champ.Read full review
