Ok at best
Purchased these think they would be a good purchase. The ear phones are very comfortable but that is about it. The volume is extremely low. You will have to install a program to increase the volume on your computer. Also, the connection inside the headset is poorly constructed. If you turn your head the connection is lost in one ear and then the other stays on. You will have to shake these around or tap them to get the other ear to turn back on again. Not like my last one
This is my 3rd G930 one new, one refurb from new egg one from ebay.
Issues:
Cleanliness This one looks like they cleaned it, but did a really poor job. The first thing I had to do after removing it from the bubble wrap (too cheap for a box?) was wipe it down because I could easily tell it was used, and that there was some stuff left over.
Software: Wont connect to Logitech Gaming software, downloaded it restarted multiple times. I even have my other G930 which works fine with the software. For some reason it just wont connect which is a headache.
Sound - Might be related to above but surround sound wont turn on no matter what I do to the physical toggle on the leftside of the headset. Everything just sounds hollow because of this.
That being said the headset still works and connects to my computer via USB without issue. It's not a total loss. I'm lucky I have another headset to use as this will only be used as a work/office headset now due to lack of surround.Read full review

Disappointed
I've always had good luck with Logitech products so I decided to upgrade my old headset to this one. Only thing goods I like about it is the charging base that allows the receiver to be plugged into it and then the base into the computer. Much easier to use than the old headset. I also the way these isolate outside noise.
What I don't like... the bulkiness and flimsy feeling of the headset. It feels huge and doesn't feel very sturdy. Always afraid I'm going to break it just trying to plug in the charger. The headset is also very tight and makes my ears hurt after 30-40 mins of use. I wear glasses so maybe that makes it worse? The sound quality also isn't as great I expected for the retail price of these.Read full review

Not as I was hoping :(
The Headset in general is not that bad, but I was not able to wear it more than an hour , because my ears were hurting.
A huge vacuum in my ears while wearing it , hot and not that comfortable for long gaming hours.
But my biggest complaint is the wireless option, cause after few days of usage, the headset in wireless mode is getting disconnected even while I was near the PC.
That was so sad.
I really expected more, but I guess the price says it all.

Full of awesome sauce !
The first time I put these on and turned on Top Gun, I was floored when a jet fighter flew through my head and rumbled my ears with the bass .... I love that I can go anywhere in my house and listen to music on my computer, I'm not a gamer so I don't know about the mic. There is only one thing I really don't like about them and that's the weight, these are heavy and if you wear glasses, as with ANY headphones, the padding squeaks when you move, but overall ... THESE HEADPHONES ARE AWESOME, and they hold a charge for a long time so you have plenty of game play or listening, you can use them while they are plugged into the charging port too so you won't loose one second of the game !

I needed this to repair my Logitech G930 because I broke the power switch trying to fix a problem. The other listings for the single part by it self cost around 9-10 dollars. I went with this because I also needed to replace some old cracking plastic parts. I was also surprised to see it came with the dongle, so extra USB dongle for me?
