Lower buttons are troublesome

My only criticism is that the number buttons on the lower part are difficult to manage. It almost requires two hands.

I think it was represented as new but was obviously not. There were scratches all over the remote and all the settings had to be cleared from the hub and remote from the previous owners. Not good
