Doesn't shut off LED lights

The dimmer does not shut off entirely. I have purchased another one of these before and it is a good product. This particular one seems to keep the lights glowing very low after trying to shut them off. They never actually turn all the way off. Read full review

Lutron makes great products and this is one of them.It is a nice remote lamp dimmer and does the job well.
