Good looking easy care
This unit looks good enough to stay on the bench top and the jars are functional and perfectly sized (400g) for my needs. My first batch of yogurt turned out very well. I used shop yogurt as a starter but followed my own recipe and left it to ferment for longer than in the standard recipe provided. Unit could be improved by offering a wider range of temperature settings as some recipes I have found use fermentation temperatures as low as 20 degrees. As soon as I received my Luvele yoghurt maker I tried making a batch of plain yoghurt using lactose free milk and a spoon of probiotic yoghurt. I added a dash of cream and a pinch of sugar and set it at 36 degrees-in 8 hours I had the smoothest, most delicious yoghurt I’d ever tasted! Since then I’ve been I’ve been making it non stop.
