Makita XDT15ZB 18V Lithium Ion Sub-Compact Cordless Impact Driver Tool Only

It is a Makita. That says it all.

It is smaller than my current one, and has three speeds. Super cool. And I love the all black color. Sinister looking. And as far as I know, it will be fairly unique on the job site. Most people that have Makita's are still using blue colored ones. My blue one is still in operable condition after many years of service. Plus I bought brand new 5.0Ah batteries specifically for this new drill too. Will definitely be testing durability and performance in the next few months on the job. Every Makita I ever bought has been great thus far. I expect this drill to be no different.Read full review

Doesn’t get any better

Several years ago I had the opportunity using the Makita sub-compact impact & drill set. impact was relativity new to the scene and colleagues argued impact is for hammer drills, not screws or drill bits.
Also, gave a thumbs down to battery longevity between charging.

great strong small lightweight drill/impact driver

good strong small drill for tight places and lightweight design....good only if you need it for tight small places to work in...also its very small and light...if you are stronger and don't need it for tighter small places then get a larger makita drill with more power for a little more money....also have this working with a small less powerful 2ah battery from my makita vacuum cleaner and it works great...Read full review

Makita tools are well made

Typical Makita quality they work great, I purchased Makita brand again because I have a Makita impact driver that is at least 10 years old and I have abused it, dropped it from great heights and it is still in one piece and works great.
