Assembly was straight forward, but I couldn't get the machine to start. then the penny dropped. The mulch bin handle has to be locked before the machine will operate. A safety feature to prevent bottom access to shredder blades during operation. I have a lot of golden cane palm trees, and found the finest setting provided the best mulch. Another handy gadget for the garden
Was delivered promptly and in excellent order. Was difficult to download the manual to my PC, but found it easy to download it to my mobile phone. Hard to read off my phone, so I persevered and finally got it to my PC.
