Midland hand held CB Radio

A great product is you don't want to use it in a car and you don't want to make any modifications to that vehicle. I will be taking it on a trip in July so we'll see how good the range is.

Great CB radio for portability.

I had other CB's before for many years, and never I was able to communicate with no one, due to the low transmission. This by far, seems to work better than others. It does helps, that I use, an external antenna for my truck, when on the road, to get better reception. I am satisfied with my purchase and the shipper did an awesome job, getting to me the item in an expedite manner. I received my item in about 6 days or less. Thank you.Read full review

If you want distance better get a Amp smh

Got this hoping that it would make a good trail radio I was pretty disappointed in it especially if it's actually tuned like it says it is. I'm running a fire stick with great signal unfortunately it was the radio had to buy a amplifier to actually transmit and receive a good signal Read full review

mobile cb

It is very easy to install. The swr is excellent. I have received very good reports on quality and strength of signal. I pared it with a wilson 1000 and receive excellent results.
I rate it 5 star.

Not the greatest!

After using it for the first day the battery pack is loose and doesn't stay in contact with the radio. You have to slide the pack in order to get a good connection with the unit. I would much rather have a single piece unit without having to change to the car charger. I would not recommend this.Read full review

Great radio, but the mods make it even better!

This thing is great by itself, small, light and very mobile when you keep the battery clamshell and antenna in the glove box, can be sued out of the rig in short time. but the mods on this thing are great. you can go to low power when with the club in a tight line on the trail but you can also bang out to high power when away from other contacts and really reach out. So much win with this unit.Read full review

Midland-75-822-40-Channel-CB-Way-Radio

I used this on a Jeep run to communicate with others on the trip. Worked great. No static - clear signal. I used a 4' firestik antenna with it. I also tuned the antenna well before use.

Great CB Radio . . . Extremely Bad/Unique 2.5mm Microphone Jack Design

An excellent Hand Held CB Radio . . . . however . . . . you'd better not need any sort of a headset other than what Midland sells for this radio. They have some sort of proprietary 2.5mm microphone jack that absolutely no one makes.Read full review
