These are the best steak knives ever! I use them for everything from cutting meat to cutting veggies. The blade stays sharp, and the curve of the handles fit perfectly in your hands. I decided to buy the Miracle Blade steak knives because my parents have had the same set for 20 years now. They've never had to sharpen them. They're great-very sharp & easy to hold!!
