Great Product
I purchased this for my mom who has trouble getting in and out of the tub. It is a great sturdy product and live up to the best. My mother really enjoys the grip and says it makes her life easier. I would recommend this product to anyone who has issues getting in and out of the tub or lifting up from the toilet.Read full review

Worst safety product ever!
I bought this with the intention I could again take a bath instead of a shower. I have 1 hip and 2 knee replacements. Today I tried using for the first time. I attached it to the shower wall, a surround, as it says it works well with it. NO it doesn't. It slipped. More than 3 times I tried 3 places. I then took it off and attached to the side of the tub, and I pushed on it as it I was pushing or pulling to get up. It completely came off the tub. It says the area has to be dry, it was. I could of broken a bone using this. I ended up taking a shower. It will be returned ASAP! I do NOT recommend!!!Read full review

Great product
This is a great product I recommend it to all that are like me disabled and just need an extra hand to get out of the bathtub although it is not as reliable as a permanently mounted rail it's quick and I recommend that you make sure it is clamped good before you use your weight. I am going to purchase another one do what you want to do but I recommend it highly and I don't normally give High recommendations!Read full review

This is the one you can trust!
I’ve tried several different versions of this type of shower/bath grip and Changing Lifestyles is the safest and securely holds on. The versions with blue locking levers have thinner suction pads and the locking levers randomly pop open, losing the grip. A very unsafe situation when you’re counting on their support.Read full review

Bathe safety grip handle
Great product IF you have glazed SMOOTH ceramic tiles to attach to. In our case we didn't realize that our shower tile was somewhat rough matt finish.
WE installed the safety handle and in the AM next day it was lying on the shower floor
So if you have a super smooth tile surface this iust great---if you have a rough, or non smooth texture tile surface----it will not adhere properly. That is on us and not the product. Just FYI.Read full review

Excellent hold, good price
This is a good size bar and the suction cups hold it very securely to my tub surround. In fact, after I first put it up and tried it, I decided to position it differently. Even though I released the suction cups, I still had trouble getting one of the cups to release (I eventually got it). This bar holds much better than I expected.Read full review

Recommend for those needing a handle to use for balance. Strong, well made.
Exactly as listed. 2nd one purchased. NOT made to use for lifting yourself up. It adheres very well.

Will buy another one!
Not only is it easy to attach, I decided to move it and that was easy, too. Now I want to get another one for my second bath.

Cautiously using
It doesn't stick as well as shown in the ad. No one could hang from it. One of mine simply let go and fell into the tub. Now, I must remember to check that it is tight before I get in the shower as I don't want any dangerous surprises.Read full review
