A good way to repair a old phone

The old phone died from one day to the next ... there was no hint what's the real problem. Only when the battery was measured - 0V ... but no message when charging .... weird!

I decided to buy a new battery - not to expensive cause the phone is very old ... and maybe there is a other reason.
